A little bit of history...
Hi, my name is Rhys David and I'd like to thank you for taking the time to learn more about us by giving you a little bit of background.
I grew up surrounded by the creative arts. In childhood I took piano, violin and dance lessons, I acted in dozens of amateur theatrical productions and taught myself to play the guitar and bass guitar. I wasn't very good at either until I also started learning from other people but I like to think it still counts and since my teenage years I have performed in numerous live musical groups covering Jazz, Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, Funk, Folk, Metal, Bluegrass and Country.
I began learning the craft of audio production at the age of twelve, I was raised by a professional songwriter, record producer and sound engineer so I had access to cutting edge equipment and the opportunity to observe some of the world's best practitioners at work. That said, my favourite thing in the early days was manually editing old 1/4” reel-to-reel tapes with just a razor blade and a pair of headphones.
Over the years I picked up additional skills working in various capacities in Music Production, Radio, Film, TV, Online Advertising and Video Games. Most recently I have gained extensive experience providing voiceovers for corporate training and VR games and I have produced and performed over 50 full length audiobooks for release through Audible, iTunes and others.
So, that's how I know we have the skills you need
but why should you come to us over another production house?
We're as nimble and flexible as it gets.
If all you need is a thirty second voiceover for your self-produced advert, we can provide it at a lower cost than you could find through any casting agency.
If however you need a full scale musical score, foley art and a star performer for a two hour feature film that was supposed to start filming yesterday, that's no problem either.
We're a small team but we have the contacts to scale up, tailor our approach to your unique project and bring in other experienced professionals to give you what your project needs.

Like any good production house, we're keen to work closely with our clients to make sure your audio is precisely tailored to your needs.

Most of our work is done by me, Rhys David, from my own purpose-built studio. For smaller pieces of work all the production, performance, admin and even cleaning services are all handled by my own two hands.
That keeps overheads extremely low and the savings are passed on to you.
